中文提要铁路交通作为城市居民出行的重要交通方式，其重要性主要表现在涉及人员众多、保障了我国经济平稳较快的发展和关系到国家的国防安全。本文以7•23 甬温线特别重大交通事故为个案披露了我国在公共危机中政府信息存在着缺陷、和信息公开程度不够等问题。首先介绍了公共危机与政府信息的概念；然后以 7.23 甬温线特别重大交通事故说明公共危机中政府信息披露存在的问题以及原因分析；最后介绍公共危机中政府信息披露问题的对策。关键词：公共危机 信息公开 政府AbstractThe railway traffic as a city dweller of important transportation means, its importance is mainly manifested in the many, security personnel involved in the fast yet steady economic development and related to the national defense security.
