公益信托发展模式探析摘 要：益信托是委托人为了社会公益目的而设立的信托，其目的必须有利于全社会或者社会中的部分公众，是市场经济发达国家为了提升社会福利、发展公益事业而创造性地建立的一项财产分配制度和财产管理制度。在英美法上公益信托又称慈善信托（Charitable Trust），在救济、教育、医疗、卫生等社会公益事业方面发挥了重要作用。本文试图通过解析目前我国公益信托的发展现状，探索我国开展公益信托的模式。关键词：公益信托；现状；发展模式Abstract: public trust is the principal to social commonweal purpose and the establishment of the trust, the aim must be to the society or the public, market economy is developed in order to improve the development of social welfare, welfare and creatively established a property of the distribution system and the property management system.
