某 二 十 层 住 宅 建 筑 给 排 水 设 计摘 要本设计是某二十层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防系统和屋面雨水系统四个部分。在综合对比分析的基础上，市政饮水设置两条引入管, 既保障了供水安全，又节约了能耗。给水系统采纳分区供水。一层至七层为低区，由市政给水管网直接供水；八至二十层层为高区，由屋顶水箱供水。排水系统采纳污水和废水分流制排水系统，底层单独排放，排水立管设伸顶通气管。厨房排水排入隔油池经初步处理后排入市政管网，生活污水经化粪池局部处理后再排入市政排水管网。消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min 的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。雨水系统，本建筑采纳外排水系统。给水管和排水管都采纳 UPVC管，消防系统采纳镀锌钢管。设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算, 以及各种设备的选型, 并做工程概算和Excel 编制程序。最后用CAD 绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图。关键词 ：给水，排水，消防，雨水，给水管材 A twenty story residential building water supply and drainage designABSTRACTThis design is a 20 layers building of the public residence building to , completing the design of the water supply system and draining the system, fire fight system and the system of the roof rain water 。Based on the synthesis analysis , Suppose two lead-in tubes, both has safeguarded the water supply security, and saved the energy consumption.
