采纳亚临界萃取技术对茶叶进行处理是近年来降低茶叶中农药残留的新方法
通过对茶叶中菊酯类农药的去除讨论以及茶叶水浸出物及主要成分茶多酚、粗蛋白、咖啡碱的分析,结果发现:茶叶中菊酯类农药含量在限量标准的 2-5 倍时,用亚临界低温萃取技术处理茶叶,茶叶中主要营养成分基本未变,说明用亚临界低温萃取技术处理茶叶可以降农残,而且对茶叶品质没有明显影响
