亚临界流体萃取技术在茶叶降农残方面的应用摘 要：茶叶中的农药残留，除部分来自污染的环境外，其主要来源是源于直接施用的化学农药。采纳亚临界萃取技术对茶叶进行处理是近年来降低茶叶中农药残留的新方法。通过对茶叶中菊酯类农药的去除讨论以及茶叶水浸出物及主要成分茶多酚、粗蛋白、咖啡碱的分析，结果发现：茶叶中菊酯类农药含量在限量标准的 2-5 倍时，用亚临界低温萃取技术处理茶叶，茶叶中主要营养成分基本未变，说明用亚临界低温萃取技术处理茶叶可以降农残，而且对茶叶品质没有明显影响。关键词：亚临界萃取，农药残留，茶叶The application of the sub-critical fluid extraction technologyAbstract: Part of pesticide residues in tea is from environment pollution, its main source is from the use of chemical pesticides. It was a new way to degrade the pesticide residues of the tea which was treated with the sub-critical extraction technology .The influence of the sub-critical extraction technology on quality of the tea by analyzing the water extract, tea polyphenols, protein and theine was studied. The result showed that evaluation standard of strain in tea pesticide content in 2 to 5 times, the sub-critical extraction had no effect on tea quality. Main nutritional components in tea basically unchanged.
