企业基层职位相对价值评价讨论企业基层职位相对价值评价讨论 摘要：随着世界经济一体化进程的加快，企业竞争日趋加剧。如何持续提升竞争优势，是所有企业面临的重要课题。人力资源是企业的第一资源和战略资源，企业间的竞争即人才的竞争、团队的竞争的观念已成为共识。打造人力资源优势是增加企业竞争优势的关键，而人力资源优势是由招、用、育、留各职能模块相互衔接、相互支撑实现的，其中实现人与工作的最佳匹配、努力实现薪酬的内部公平是人力资源管理的核心之一。实现这一目标，就要进行相应的职位分析与职位评价。 关键词：企业；职位；人力资源；相对价值 Abstract: With the acceleration of the process of world economic integration, corporate competition is mounting.
