含氮杂环化合物废水中几种硝酸盐氮测定方法的比较摘要:在含氮杂环化合物(NHC)的缺氧降解试验中,为了能够快速、简便、准确地测定废水中的硝酸盐氮,本文对比了紫外分光光度法、苯酚法和锌镉还原-重氮偶氮法三种测定方法
结果发现紫外分光光度法对此类废水中硝酸盐氮的测定有影响,而改进后的紫外分光光度法可以消除这种影响,苯酚法和锌镉还原-重氮偶氮法均无影响
综合三种方法的特点,苯酚法是一种快速、简便的测定方法,适用于该类废水中硝酸盐氮的测定,并且该方法的准确度、精密度良好,适合大批水样的测定
