含氮杂环化合物废水中硝酸盐氮测定方法的比较

含氮杂环化合物废水中几种硝酸盐氮测定方法的比较摘要：在含氮杂环化合物（NHC）的缺氧降解试验中，为了能够快速、简便、准确地测定废水中的硝酸盐氮，本文对比了紫外分光光度法、苯酚法和锌镉还原－重氮偶氮法三种测定方法。结果发现紫外分光光度法对此类废水中硝酸盐氮的测定有影响，而改进后的紫外分光光度法可以消除这种影响，苯酚法和锌镉还原－重氮偶氮法均无影响。综合三种方法的特点，苯酚法是一种快速、简便的测定方法，适用于该类废水中硝酸盐氮的测定，并且该方法的准确度、精密度良好，适合大批水样的测定。关键词：硝酸盐氮测定 紫外分光光度法 苯酚法 锌镉还原－重氮偶氮法Comparison of Some Nitrate-Nitrogen Measurements for Nitrogenous Heterocyclic Compounds WastewaterAbstract: In order to measure the concentration of nitrate-nitrogen in the nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds (NHC) wastewater quickly, conveniently and accurately, three methods—ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UVS), phenol method and zinc/ cadmium reduction method—were compared. The results suggested that the NHC could interfere the measurement with UVS, while the modified UVS could eliminate this interference. Neither the phenol method nor the zinc/cadmium reduction method had interference on the measurements. Taken the characteristics of these three methods into account, the phenol method was the best for the measurement of this kind of wastewater.
