扬州星网有限公司厂房的设计专业班级：J 土木工程 0601 学生姓名：赵龙指导老师：胡白香 职称：教授摘要 本设计为扬州星网有限公司厂房的设计，设计内容包括厂房结构布置和各构件设计。在设计过程中，先根据度和跨度等条件确定了厂房的结构布置，后采纳了结构力学求解器对厂房的内力进行计算，根据钢结构设计原理和钢结构设计法律规范对各构件进行设计。最后对各构件的制造工艺以及防腐工艺进行设计。整个设计过程遵循钢结构设计法律规范和门式刚架设计法律规范，设计经济合理，满足施工要求。关键词 门式刚架 结构设计 结构布置 制造工艺 Yangzhou starnet Co, LTD workshop designAbstract ： This design is the design of twin-spins double-pitch fitting shop , the design includes the plant layout structure、design of each components. In the design process, first according to the length and the span determine the structural arrangement of the workshop , Latter uses the Structual Mechanics solver to calculate the inner force of structure, according to Steel structure principle of design and Steel structure Design Specification for the menber check computations. Finally carries on the design to various components manufacture craft as well as the anticorrosion craft.
