摘 要本论文通过对资料进行讨论,分析了气锚油气分离器分气机理和分气效率的影响因素;介绍简单气锚和旋转气锚的计算方法;设计出了新型旋转气锚。该型旋转气锚利用螺旋片对油气混合物产生的离心力进行分离,一般采纳闭式结构,所有流体均需经过旋转气锚,适合在产量高,油气比较低的井中使用。本文对所设计的气锚进行了理论计算和强度校核,该气锚具有结构简单,分离效率高的优点。深化开展井下油气分离器分气效率的讨论和井下油气分离器设计,对提高抽油系统的管理水平、提高抽油井泵效、改进油气分离器的结构设计等方面具有重要意义。关键词:井下油气分离器;气锚;工作机理;分气效率AbstractThe thesis analyzed of the gas anchor oil-gas separator mechanism and the separation efficiency of the gas; It introduced simple gas anchor and rotary gas anchor method of calculation and designed a new type of rotating gas anchor; This type of rotary screw gas anchor unit of the oil and gas mixtures were separated by centrifugal force, generally used the closed structure, after all the required rotary fluid gas anchor; This rotary gas anchor suitabled for the high yield and relatively low oil and gas wells.In this paper, a theoretical calculation of the design of gas anchor and strength check was done. The gas anchor was simple in structure and had high separation efficiency.
