昌马渠首改建工程泄洪闸砼工程施工的质量控制昌马渠首改建工程泄洪闸砼工程施工的质量控制 摘要:昌马渠首改建新建泄洪闸砼浇筑总方量 2959m3，一九九五年竣工投入运行，砼方量优良率达到 92?，被甘肃省水利厅评为优质工程，混凝土质量管理的控制措施包括三个部分:砂石骨料及砼的质量控制，仓位的质量控制。在砂石骨抖的质量控制方面，主要注意对筛分及成品料场加强管理；在砼拌合质量控制上， 则严格操作规程；在仓位的质量控制方面，加强对模板工程的质量控制和对预埋件的质量控制，砼的质量控制是严格控制施工程序，24 小时有专职质检员在现场监督以确保砼浇筑质量 。 关键词：昌马渠首泄洪闸砼施工质量控制 Abstract: The canal rebuilt new release flood waters gate concrete pouring amount 2959m3, 1995 completed and put into operation, the excellent and good rate of concrete volume reached 92?, by the Gansu Provincial Water Conservancy Department as a quality engineering, control measures of concrete quality management includes three parts: the quality control of aggregate and concrete, quality control of positions.
