洛阳新区 XX 初中办公楼施工图预算编制摘 要为适应我国经济与科学技术的快速进展，适应建筑行业的进展，编制施工图预算，准确的确定造价越来越显得重要，在这次毕业设计中参考了大量的文献资料，精心的做出了详细的工程量清单及最终报价。本次毕业设计以洛阳新区 XX 初中心办公楼为案例，目的是在于把项目投资控制在合理预算范围之内，合理使用人力、物力、财力，控制固定资产投资效益。 于此同时也是对大学所学专业知识的系统综合的复习和检测。在整个毕业设计的工作中，旨在将所学到的理论知识与具体实践相结合，提高自我的专业实践能力和专业素养，为以后踏入社会做好自己的本职工作打好基础。本次施工图预算包括建筑与装饰工程、安装工程（给排水工程、电气工程、消防工程）的施工图预算，并分析出单方造价指标。关键词：预算, 工程造价, 建筑与装饰工程, 安装工程Construction budgeting of Letters and Visits Bureau of Luoyang City office buildingABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of China's economy and science technology, the construction industry has become an important pillar of China's economic sectors. Therefore, it is inevitable to ascertain a accurate and reasonable cost of the construction project. The graduation project takes the case of Bureau for Complaints office of Luoyang City, and the purpose is to control the project investment at a reasonable budget, further to rationally use the manpower, material and financial resources, and to control the investment returns of fixed assets.
