浅析生产井油管漏失原因浅析生产井油管漏失原因 摘要:油管漏失是油井检泵的第二大影响因素，虽然油管在下井的施工过程中使用了丝扣胶进行密封，但是由于在用油管丝扣磨损严重、现场仪器检测使用的局限性、井底段塞流的存在等原因，至使近几年因油管丝扣漏失而检泵的井数居高不下，给油井泵况管理和延长检泵周期造成很大的影响。本文通过分析几年来检泵作业井，对造成油管丝扣漏失的因素作出了一个简单的分析，并得出一些结论。 关键词:油井;油管;丝扣;漏失;原因 Abstract: leakage of tubing pump inspection is the second influence factors, while the tubing in well construction process using the thread rubber seal, but due to the use of oil pipe screw wear serious, field instruments detection using limitations, bottom hole slug flow exists and other reasons, to make in last few years because of oil pipe thread leakage and pump inspection well high number, for the oil well pump condition management and prolongs the pump inspection period led to great effect. Key words: Oil well;Oil pipe;Screw thread;Leakage loss;Reason 中图分类号：TE358 1、前言 胡庆油田所属中原油田采油五厂，地质特征具有低渗透、非均质严重、天然裂缝发育、油藏异常高压等特点。目前， 2025 年-2025 年抽油机井共检泵作业 300 多井次，其中因油管丝扣漏失而检泵作业 80 多井次，占总作业井的 25%以上，仅次于偏磨井比例，是油田油井检泵的第二大影响因素。虽然油管在下井的施工过程中使用了丝扣胶进行密封，但是由于在用油管丝扣磨损严重、现场仪器检测使用的局限性、井底段塞流的存在等原因，至使近几年因油管丝扣漏失而检泵的井数居高不下，给油井泵况管理和延长检泵周期造成很大的影响。 通过分析几年来检泵作业井可以看出，造成油管丝扣漏失有以下两方面因素：一是质量因素。包括作业施工质量和材质质量；二是疲劳损坏因素。因为质量因素是可以通过加大对人的管理来克服的，而对于疲...
