电信运营支撑系统的演变应用电信运营支撑系统的演变应用 摘要：运营支撑系统（OSS，Operation Support System）已经成为电信运营管理不可缺少的组成部分。它是借助 IT 手段实现对电信网络和电信业务的管理，以达到支撑运营和改善运营的目标。在国内，运营支撑系统的价值已经逐步被几大运营企业所认知，运营支撑系统的投资每年都有大幅增长。因此深化讨论电信运营支撑系统的进展演变历程对其未来的进展具有深远的意义。本文首先对电信运营支撑系统进行了概述，对其进行了简介并勾勒了总体框架，其次对目前我国电信运营支撑系统的实际应用现状做了剖析，然后分四个阶段重点回顾了我国电信运营支撑系统的进展演变历程，最后对其未来进展应用趋势做了预测。 关键词：电信；运营支撑系统；演变；进展；OSS Abstract: the Operation Support System (OSS, Operation Support System) has become a telecom Operation management indispensable part. IT is with the means to realize IT in telecommunication network and telecom business management, in order to support operation and improve the operation target.
