摘 要随着工业化的进程不断提高与加快，以及经济全球化的不断扩展，企业之间的竞争变得越来越激烈。所以生产率的提高对企业来说就尤为重要。工业工程作为降低成本，提高生产率的一种重要方法，在制造业领域引起了高度重视。工业工程包括了运筹学，人因学，工作讨论等多种学科。本文介绍的就是工作讨论中的程序分析。程序分析是对产品生产过程的工序状态进行记录、分析和改善的必要有效的工业工程手法，它是把工艺过程中的物流过程及人的工作流程以符号形式进行记录、设计的方法，通过它可以反映工序整体的状态，从而有效地掌握现有流程的问题点，并讨论制定改善对策，以提高现有流程效率。本文运用程序分析的方法对大连机车厂分别进行了工艺程序分析，流程程序分析还有布置和经路分析，并分别从工艺、流程和布置经路对大连机车厂电机轮对装配车间进行了改进。关键词: 工业工程 程序分析 改进方法ABSTRACTWith increasing and accelerated the process of industrialization and the continuous expansion of economic globalization, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.
