石油工程建设自动焊技术探究石油工程建设自动焊技术探究 摘 要：在石油工程建设这个领域里，焊接技术是应用极为广泛的重要技术之一，比如球形式的储罐、立式的储罐、管道及炼化装置等的制造都离不开焊接技术。在石油工程建设项目中，在工程安装的总量中焊接的工作量就占了其中的 40％。焊接效率已经直接影响到工程进度和企业效益，焊接的质量已成为工程寿命和人民生命财产安全的重要因素之一。本文章对 20 世纪 60 年代以来，在我国石油行业里立式的储罐、球形式的储罐，尤其是长输管道焊接技术的进展历程进行了总结与顾，并针对我国石油工程建设焊接技术的现状及与国际上先进焊接技术的差距，结合我今后 10-15 年石油天然气工业的进展需求，提出我国石油工程建设焊接技术面临的新课题。 关键词：石油工程建设；储罐；管道；焊接技术；自动化；现状；问题 Abstract: In the field of petroleum engineering construction, welding technology is the application of one of the most important technology widely, making such as ball form, vertical storage tank, tank pipeline and refining equipment are inseparable from the welding technology.
