稻瘟灵高效液相色谱分析方法的讨论稻瘟灵高效液相色谱分析方法的讨论 提要:对稻瘟灵高效液相色谱分析方法进行了讨论。用紫外检测器、Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 柱,以甲醇:水(75:25,V/V)为流动相, 流速为 1mL/min,在 310nm 波长下对稻瘟灵分析,试验了稻瘟灵主含量与杂质的分离,取得满意的结果。该方法的相对标准偏差为 0.49%,添加平均回收率为 99.61%,最低检出浓度为1mg/L。该分析方法快速、简单、灵敏、具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于常规分析检验。 关键词:稻瘟灵;C18;紫外检测器 Abstract:The quantitative analysis method of isoprothiolane was developed using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with ultraviolet absorbance detector and Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column, The mobile phase was methanol-water(75:25 V/V)at a flowrate of 1.0 mL/min.The wavelength of detector was set at 310 nm.The results showed that Isoprothiolane and impurities could be effectively isolated,the result was satisfactory.The determination results of HPLC showed that the relative standard deviations was 0.49% and average spiked recoveries of Isoprothiolane was 99.61%,The detection limit of isoprothiolane was 1mg/L.The method can be used for conventional analysis, which has rapid、simple、accurate and sensitive characteristics.
