摘要蜂窝夹层复合结构一般是由上、下面板中间夹一比较厚但质软的夹芯所构成。由于它具有较高的比强度、比刚度和较好的隔热隔振、耐冲击等优点而在航空、航天、航海、高速列车等领域得到广泛应用。由于夹层结构本身的复杂性,在理论分析和数值计算中,往往对其进行一定程度的简化,为此本文以铝质材料制成的正四边形蜂窝夹芯为讨论对象,利用 3D 有限元,通过数值模拟分析正四边形蜂窝夹芯面内等效弹性参数随胞壁厚度(t)、胞壁边长(l)和胞壁高度(h)的变化曲线,给出了正四边形蜂窝夹芯等效弹性参数的计算公式及其应用范围,最后通过实验结果验证了本文模拟方法的有效性和部分计算公式的正确性,讨论结论对蜂窝夹层结构理论讨论具有重要的指导意义。关键词:蜂窝夹层复合结构;蜂窝夹芯板;等效参数;有限元法;数值模拟 AbstractComposite structure of honeycomb sandwich is made of relatively thick but soft sandwich that is between the upper and lower panel, because it has a high specific strength, specific stiffness and the better insulation isolation, impact resistance and other advantages. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine, high-speed trains. As the complexity of the structure, it is often simplied in the theoretical analysis and numerical calculations. This paper studies the mechanical characteristics of quadrilateral honeycomb sandwich made of aluminium materials, and analysises the curve that equivalent elastic parameters of quadrilateral honeycomb sandwich changes with wall thickness (t) of cell wall, the length (a) of cell wall, the height (h) of wall cell by using 3D finite element and numerical simulation. A formula of equivalent elastic parameters of quadrilateral honeycomb sandwich and its scope of application are provided. Finally, the results show the effectiveness of this simulation method and the correctness of the calculation formula.
