摘 要钻孔灌注桩具有入土深、能入岩、刚度大、承载力高、桩身变形小，可方便地进行水下施工等优点，已被广泛应用到工程建设中。随着钻孔灌注桩应用的日益扩大，如何保证工程质量成为首要问题。虽然钻孔灌注桩施工正日益完善，但往往由于工艺不当、管理不严，断桩、堵管、夹泥、蜂窝、少灌等质量问题时有发生。因此，运用科学的施工工艺，加强过程控制以确保工程质量显得极为重要。本文通过阐述钻孔灌注桩施工工艺，归纳质量控制点，总结常见质量问题，分析质量事故发生的原因，讨论相应的处理对策，找出了质量控制的途径，从而保证了钻孔灌注桩施工质量。关键词：钻孔灌注桩；施工工艺；质量控制点；事故预防AbstractThe bored cast-in-place pile has the following advantages, such as accessing the soil deeply, accessing the rock stratum, high rigidity and bearing capacity, small defomation,and convenient to underwater, has already been applied to engineering construction extensively. While the application of the bored cast-in-place pile expansion widely, it has become the first question how to guarantee the project quality.Although construction consummates day by day, for improper craft and the construct control not strict, the quality accident such as breaking the pile, toping up the tube, clamping the putty, the honey comb, less filling and so on sometimes. Therefore, it is extremely importantly that utilization of science construction craft to strengthen the process control.In this paper the construction craft of bored cast-in-place pile are elaborated, the quality control point are induced, the quality questions are summarized, the reason quality accident happened are analyzed, the corresponding counter measure are research, the quality control way are found, the quality of bored cast-in-place pile construction can be ensured.Key words: bored pile; construction craft; quality control point; accident prevention目录引言...........................
