摘 要中文摘要:本次设计是从项目管理的角度,在***科技培训综合楼工程的实践基础上,讨论了工程的采购管理、合同策划以及合同管理方面的内容,最后根据自己的实践,提出了一些想法。首先讨论了采购计划的编制,采购计划既包括了材料和设备的采购、工程的采购即承包商的选择和勘察设计及咨询的委托,重点讲了材料和设备的采购。接着讨论了合同策划和合同管理两个方面的内容,合同策划包括工程项目建设模式与合同结构的选择、合同体系、类型和文件的选择,重点考虑了建设模式的选择以及合同类型的选择。合同管理包括工程招投标阶段和工程的实施阶段两个阶段的管理,重点讨论了工程实施阶段的合同管理,在实施阶段主要包括工程的变更和索赔,包括变更的原则、程序、控制等,索赔的目的、程序、处理方法等。最后,根据***工程的实践所得到的经验和教训,提出了一些自己的想法。关键词: 采购; 合同; 合同策划; 合同管理ABSTRACTThis design with science and technology complex building of Nhwa Pharma Corporation as actual background, standing on the angle of project managers, study the procurement management and the contract scheme and the contract management. On the base of my practice, I put forwards some suggestions.At first, studying the organization of the procurement management, the procurement management includes material and equipment procurement; engineering procurement; and designer and contractors’ selection, the focus is the procurement management.Then, I study the question from the contract scheme and the contract management.
