· 参加建立实施公司的绩效考核体系,建立并维护公司跨级别跨部门沟通、Implement company, participates in the establishment of the performance evaluation system, establish and maintain the cross level cross—functional communication,· 建立并维护公司员工档案以及劳动合同的签订、变更、续签和终止Establish the process to manage employee archives and employment contract conclusion, alteration, renewal and termination
