摘 要经济改革的不断深化,企业经济体的体量在不断的扩大,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,对人才的竞争变得更加重要。随着企业整体员工素养的提高,尤其是企业的管理层的意识的提高,对改善员工关系,建立和谐可靠的员工关系成为很多企业管理者所重视的地方。在初创企业中,员工关系的重要性更显得颇为重要,初创企业在资金实力,管理能力上面往往与大型的企业有着很大的差距,带来的员工关系而更为复杂,矛盾冲突表现的更为明显.而对于很多初创企来说,管理上的缺失和人才的需求,使得他们为了员工关系的管理而付出了很大的代价,优秀的员工流失问题在日益严峻的生存压力下变得越来越严重,解决初创企业的员工和谐问题显得更具有现实意义。本文依据社会和经济的进展,将讨论的重点着眼于我国初创企业员工关系管理,响应党中央建设和谐社会的号召,为建设和谐社会建言献策。并从有用的角度出发,对于我国初创企业如何构建员工关系提出了一些建议和看法。关键词:初创企业;员工关系; 和谐关系 AbstractThe deepening of economic reform, enterprise economy size is constantly expanding, increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, competition for talent becomes more important。 With the improvement of enterprise whole quality of employees, especially the improvement of enterprise management consciousness, to improve the employee relationship, establish harmonious and reliable employee relations become a lot of attention by enterprise managers.
