初创期科技型中小微企业融资讨论—-基于天使投资视角 课程名称： 金融学 二零一四年十二月中国 南京初创期科技型中小微企业融资讨论——基于天使投资视角【摘要】科技型中小企业是加快科技成果转化、实现技术创新的有效载体,在数量和质量上都已成为国民经济的重要组成部分。然而融资难一直是制约科技型中小微企业进展的瓶颈，尤其是初创期科技型微型企业。本文试图通过探讨引入天使投资来寻求出路，改善融资难的状况,提出制约天使投资参加小微企业融资的主要优势和优化方案，并从政府、创业者、投资者角度对我国天使投资的进展提出初步对策和建议。【关键词】初创期科技型小微企业；融资困境;天使投资【 Abstract 】 Technical miniature , small and medium—sized enterprises are supporters that can speed up the transforming of science and technology innovation。They have been an important part of economy in both quantity and quality。 However， difficulty in financing has always been bottleneck of technical miniature , small and medium—sized enterprises’ development， especially when they were founded。 This article offers a proposal of Angel Investment to improve the difficulty of financing, suggests the advantages of Angel Investment and give suggestions on how to make full use of Angel Investment。 Besides， the article also give advice on how to improve Angel Investment from the view of government， founders and investors.【Key word】Technical miniature , small and medium-sized enterprises；difficulties in financing；Angel Investment 1 引言科技创新，是一个民族生生不息的动力，也是实现“中国梦”的制胜之道。科技型中小微企业是加快科技成果转化、实现技术创新的有效载体.作为大型科技企业的预备军，科技型中小微企业可以将科学技术转化为现实的社会生产力,实现极大的市场效益，因而其进展一直备受关注。当科技型中小微企业处在企业生命周期中的初创期时，由于该时期直接影响到企业的未来的成长和进展，因而做好该时期的融资尤为重要。然而科技型中小微企业因为规模较小，经营风险较大，不容易获得外部融资支持,常常存在着资金...
