“依法治国”背景下的城市行政执法体制研究分析——以西安市为例 行政管理专业VIP专享

摘 要城市行政执法体制作为城市管理的重要手段，有力地促进了我国城市社会的发展。但改革开放以来，各种城市问题暴露，现有的城市行政执法体制难以适应社会更高层次的需求，要求加强城市行政执法体制改革的呼声日益强烈。本文以“依法治国”为背景，对西安市城市行政执法体制进行了研究。阐述了依法治国、行政执法、城市行政执法体制的含义，介绍了西安市城市行政执法体制的发展现状，包括西安市城市行政执法部门的机构设置、职责权限等内容。同时从西安的实际出发，分析了西安市城市行政执法体制存在的问题及原因，并学习借鉴了国内外其他城市的经验做法，最后针为西安市行政执法体制中存在的问题，提出了自己的建议与对策。关键词：依法治国；城市行政执法体制；西安AbstractCity administrative law enforcement system as an important means of urban management, and vigorously promote the development of the urban society in China.
