财务公司运营问题及对策浅析摘要：从中国财务公司与美国财务公司对比来看，国内财务公司监管约束很严格，而国外则比较宽松；国内财务公司市场环境还很不成熟，国外财务公司法规完备，货币与资本市场健全，手段先进；国内财务公司信用状况差，国外财务公司信用状况良好，具备统一的信用咨询协会，咨询信用状况良好；国内财务公司内部管理不集权、规模实力小、运作范围小、设立时间晚、资金来源不足等等。本文从财务公司的概要出发，深入分析了现阶段财务公司运营存在的主要问题，从不同角度充分探析了这些问题产生的原因，探索性地提出了解决这些问题的对策。 关键词：财务公司；问题；对策On Financial Companies’ Operational Problems and ResolutionsAbstract: Learned from the American’s finance company, we know China’s finance company has many work questions: manage is too bad; the environment is so childish; credit is less; govern is lax; the scope strength is small; the work scope is little; establishment time is late; money source is short and so on.
