城管行政执法存在的问题及对策[摘 要] 城管行政执法活动是城市经济水平快速发展的必然衍生品，自城管行政执法模式被正式确立以来，城管行政执法虽已取得了不小的成就，但仍有较多不能被忽视的问题，如暴力执法、违反法定程序执法现象仍然严重，执法部门自由裁量权过大等，损害了政府形象，侵犯了公民利益，破坏了社会和谐。法律法规的不完善、执法理念和执法方式的不妥当以及城管行政执法人员素质不高是城管行政执法存在问题的主要原因，因此有必要从完善城管行政执法相关法律法规、转变行政执法理念与方法以及提高城管行政执法团队人员素质几个层面完善城管行政执法，建设和谐法治社会。[关键词] 城管行政执法；存在的问题；原因；对策[Abstract] Administrative law enforcement of urban management activities are the inevitable derivative of the rapid development of urban economy.
