城管执法与摊贩生存的社会冲突的成因及其协调关系的对策摘要：随着我国城市化进程的加快，城市人口的不断增多使得城市管理的难度和范围日益加深。城管所代表的公共利益与流动摊贩所代表的个人利益常常因双方自立场不同、权益不等产生相互对立，甚至出现暴力执法与暴力抗法的情况，严重影响了社会的和谐与稳定。因此，分析城管执法与流动摊贩冲突的表现及原因并提出化解的办法对于解决双方矛盾冲突具有重大的意义。关键词：城管执法；流动摊贩；冲突；化解Abstract: with the acceleration of urbanization in China, the increasing number of urban population makes the difficulty and scope of urban management increasingly deepened.
