【摘要】 目的:运用系统血液免疫反应分离实验体系,探讨在抗原激活的情况下异体血细胞对反应体系中细胞因子含 量水平影响的变化规律。方法:以 S180 作为激活抗原,加异体血细胞与自体血细胞对比,37℃孵育 1 h,取上清液用 ELISA 法测定 IL-8、TNF -α、IFN -γ 的分泌量。结果:IL-8 的分泌量异体红细胞实验组〔(133.92±135.85)%〕与自体红细胞对照组〔(37.93±27.74)%〕相比明显上升(P < 0.05);TNF -α 的分泌量异体红细胞实验组 〔(8.31±3.57)%〕与自体红细胞实验组〔(16.55±10.38)%〕相比明显下降(P < 0.05);IFN -γ 分泌量无明显差异。结论:异体红细胞对自体血液免疫反应细胞因子的分泌具有双向调控作用,提示异体输血对受者的血液免疫反应具有干扰和失平衡的不良影响。【关键词】 淋巴细胞;红细胞;抗原;免疫调控;细胞因子 Effects of Autogenetic and Allogenous Blood on Cytokines by Means of Natural Isolated Experimental System 〔Abstract〕 Objective Autogenetic and allogenous erythrocytes regulate the immunological reactions activated by antigens by means of natural isolated experimental system, to observe the changes of cytokines. Methods Using inactivated S180 as activating antigen and autologous plasma as reaction substratum, After incubation an hour in 37℃, supernate fluid is suspended and detected the change of IL-8、TNF -αand IFN -γ by ELISA assay.
