华图教育服务管理研究摘要 随着我国经济的迅猛发展，企业及个人对培训的需求开始显现，使培训机构有了发展机遇，针对普遍的人才选拔制度进行短时间针对性的培训，以此来应付选拔考试。虽然在一定程度上提升了一些被录用的人员的知识素质，提高了录取的几率。但培训机构短期突击培训、重效率轻质量的教学方式，使得其在服务管理等方面还是存一些问题。 本文将以北京华图宏阳教育文化发展股份有限公司为例，逐步分析华图教育服务管理的问题，并通实地调查法和文献分析法分析存在的问题和原因，并针对存在问题提出改进措施，以便教育机构更好的构建服务管理体系，提高服务质量，为客户提供一个优质的服务体验。关键词：华图教育；服务管理；对策研究STUDY ON EDUCATION SERVICE MANAGEMENT OF HUATUABSTRACT With the rapid development of China's economy, the enterprise and the individual needs of training began, training institutions have development opportunities for talent selection system generally for a short time in the training, in order to cope with the examination.
