At present, with the continuous high requirements for cars,especially for their performance, people want to have a android-based video broadcasting and control system, and then we can enjoy better on the way. This paper mainly through the vehicle video broadcasting and control system at present the use and development situation of both China and western countries, more is to the vehicle video broadcasting and control system design and implementation of a lot of exposition, this to our foreign automobile industry. The development of the whole world auto industry has a very important role.
