江灏大酒店原材料成本控制研究分析 财务会计学专业

江灏大酒店原材料成本控制研究摘要:酒店行业的迅猛发展得力于我国经济的高速发展，同行业之间的竞争也非常激烈。本文的研究工作以上述内容为背景，结合实际调查情况，将江灏大酒店的原材料成本控制作为主要研究内容，通过优化完善酒店当前原材料成本控制管理体系，提高企业原材料成本控制水平，降低企业的经营成本，进而增加企业的经营利润。文章第一部分主要阐述了研究背景以及意义，主要的研究内容及方法；第二部分交代江灏大酒店原材料成本控制工作的现状及存在问题；第三部分提出了酒店主要原材料成本控制存在问题的原因分析；第四部分就酒店原材料成本控制存在的问题运用预算与绩效考核相结合的方法进行解决。最后为结论部分，对论文研究工作进行全面的总结，归纳出有价值、值得借鉴的优秀经验。 关键词：江灏大酒店；原材料；采购成本；成本控制 Research on the Raw Material Cost Control of Jiang Hao Hotel Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, the development of the hotel industry is very rapid, the competition between the industry is also very fierce.
