摘要随着社会主义的市场经济逐渐发展和经济全球化的进程进一步加快,与此同时，企业之间的市场竞争进一步加剧，这一变化同样适应于国内房地产市场。链家作为在近年来备受关注的逐渐发展壮大的、从事房地产行业的公司。自然而然，链家的营运方式和营运模式，也开始吸引很多人的关注。所以，本文就是通过对链家一些销售数据的分析，从而进一步分析它的营运能力，并对其分析的结果做出有针对性的评价和建议。本研究对链家公司的营运能力进行了一个综合的研究，通过对四种周转率的数据调查与指标进行分析，希望在对这些数据的分析之中可以发现问题并提出解决的对策。关键词：运营能力；总资产周转率；应收账款周转率；存货周转率ABSTRACTWith the gradual development of the socialist market economy and the process of economic globalization, at the same time, the market competition between enterprises is further intensified.
