论企业存货管理分析研究——以南京中电熊猫晶体科技有限公司为例 物流管理专业

摘 要随着经济体制的深化改革，存货在企业中也越来越重要，它是能够给企业带来经济利益流入的重要经济资源。存货作为公司的一项占有很大比例的资产，直接关系到企业的资产运作效率，通过对存货管理进行分析和研究，旨在加强企业存货管理，保证企业存货资金安全，保持资金持续的良性循环，提高存货周转率，而且良好的存货管理不仅对企业收益最大化有着重要的影响，对企业的健康，可持续发展也极为关键，因此要提高企业存货管理水平，以便于促进企业长远的发展。本文以南京中电熊猫晶体科技有限公司为例,对其存货管理的现状、问题进行分析，提出加强存货管理的有效措施，并对行业内其他公司提出一些合理的借鉴。 关键词 ： 存货管理 内部控制 经营效益AbstractWith the deepening reform of economic system, inventory is becoming more and more important in enterprises.
