跨国公司承担社会责任的现状、问题及对策摘 要跨国公司作为世界经济一体化的主要推动力量,也是贸易体制和投资开放的直接受益者，其企业社会责任也必不可少地成为影响世界经济发展进程的重要因素之一。跨国公司作为先进管理方式的践行者，开始以战略的眼光和逻辑审视社会责任问题，探索如何通过社会责任战略选择，促进竞争优势的提高和公司的长远发展。本文通过结合跨国公司承担社会责任的现状，发现这一过程中出现的问题 ，并针对这些问题提出了促使跨国公司更好履行社会责任的建议。关键词：跨国公司；社会责任；战略分析；履行责任The present situation, problems and Countermeasures of Transnational corporations bearing Social responsibilityABSTRACTAs the main driving force of the world economic integration, transnational corporations are also the direct beneficiaries of the trade system and the opening up of investment.
