The order of financing refers to the selection preference and selection sequence of the company's financing sources in different channels. The order of financing has a decisive influence on the capital structure of the company, and then has an impact on the value of the company's market. In this paper, the theoretical research on the financing structure of MNCs has been studied and many research results have been obtained.
