论现代警务协作与指挥摘要 在现代重大的警务处置行动中，多警种、跨地区的警务协作越来越成为公安机关的主要警务活动模式，而警务协作的核心是指挥。在现代警务协作中，公安指挥的核心是组织好重大警务处置现场的各种处警力量的协同行动，发挥公安机关的整体战斗力。警务协作指挥关系作为警务协作指挥的重要内容，影响和制约着警务协作效能的发挥。因此，公安指挥必须依据不同的警务处置行动编组和处置行动需求，理顺种属控制、主从制约、平等协商三种指挥关系，确保警务协作对象在协同处置行动的各个阶段、环节、方向都能围绕处警总目标发挥恰当的角色效应，使公安指挥整体效能得以充分显现。关键词：现代警务；协作；指挥 abstract In the modern major police disposal action, more JingZhong, trans-regional police cooperation has become more and more of the public security organs of the main police activity mode, and the police cooperation that is the core of command.
