论幼儿园和小学衔接的有效措施分析研究 学前教育专业

论幼儿园和小学衔接的有效措施摘要 “幼小衔接”是一个世界性的教育问题，国内也越来越重视这个问题的研究和实践，尤其是随着近年来幼小教育问题的凸显及国家对学前教育的重视，“幼小衔接”问题变的更受重视。从幼儿园步入小学，幼儿的身心都面临着极大的变化和发展，幼儿所处的环境和其中的各因素的关联对其发展都有着至关重要的作用。幼小衔接的关键是发展，持续，支持，过渡，保证儿童再进入小学之后能在心理生理，知识和能力，以及学习习惯等方面得到平稳的过渡，升入小学一年级后在最短时间内，以最快速度适应小学的学习生活。本文首先介绍幼儿衔接的内涵及其概念，发现现有问题，最终本文提出可行性建议。关键词：幼儿衔接；概念及含义；问题；措施Abstract"Young convergence" is a worldwide problem of education, domestic also pay more attention to the research and practice of this problem, especially in recent years with the young education problems of the country and to the preschool education seriously, "young convergence" problem gets more attention. From kindergarten to primary school, the children's physical and mental are faced with great changes and development, the environment of children and the relationship between the various factors have a vital role in their development. The key transition is the development, continuous, support, transition, to ensure children enter primary school in psychology and physiology, knowledge and ability, get the smooth transition and learning habits, the shortest time in the first grade primary school, primary school to study life at the fastest speed.
