旅检过程中出现的问题及解决方案——以威海国际机场为例摘 要本文分析当前航空机场旅检服务存在的一系列弊端，进而找到解决这些弊端的优化方法，只有优化了旅检服务，机场旅检存在的不安全隐患才能够得以规避，出于民航安全管理规范化、提高乘客对航空公司信任以及航空业朝着更好方向发展的目的考虑，航空公司机场旅检工作进行优化势在必行。本文主要分为以下几个部分，首先对旅检人员以及接受旅检的乘客进行问卷调查，根据当前威海国际机场旅检普遍存在没有执法权，旅检人员流失以及旅检工作标准多样化，没固定标准等问题展开研究。如此，旅检服务优化方法的研究显得迫在眉睫。最后综合前面的综合论述，展开总结，同时重申论文的研究目标以及对民航机场旅检优化的展望。关键词：民航安全；威海国际机场；旅检AbstractThis paper analyzes a series of drawbacks of the current aviation airport security service, and then find the optimal method to solve these shortcomings, only the optimization of the security services, security of airport security can be avoid, for security management, improve the standard of civil aviation of airline passengers and the airline industry trust toward a better direction to consider the airline, airport security optimization is imperative. This paper is mainly divided into the following parts.
