内容摘要 粤港澳服务贸易从 2003 年 CEPA 的签署开始到现在，经历了十五年的探索和发展，实现了服务贸易领域从逐步开放到深度合作的跨越式发展，为粤港澳区域经济的不断增长发挥了实质性作用。广东省充分利用临近港澳的优势，营造区域现代服务业发展新趋势，以逐步实现粤港澳服务贸易自由化为目标，全面落实粤港、粤澳合作框架协议。 本文以粤港澳服务贸易近十年的数据，通过计算贸易开放程度和TC 指数，分析粤港澳服务贸易总额与差额情况，并且研究粤港澳服务贸易自由化的基础和阻碍因素，从而针对问题提出促进发展的建议和政策。关键词：服务贸易自由化、贸易开放程度、TC 指数、CEPAAbstractFrom the beginning of the signing of CEPA in 2003, the service trade of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has gone through fifteen years' exploration and development, which has realized the leapfrog development from the gradual opening up to the deep cooperation in the field of service trade, which has played a substantial role in the continuous growth of the regional economy in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Guangdong makes full use of the advantages of near Hong Kong and Macao to create a new trend in the development of regional modern service industry. In order to realize the liberalization of service trade in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the cooperation framework agreement of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macao is fully implemented.Based on the data of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao services trade for nearly ten years, this paper analyzes the trade openness and TC index, analyzes the total and difference in service trade between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and studies the foundation and obstacles of the liberalization of service trade in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and puts forward suggestions and policies to promote the development of the problem.Key words: Liberalization of trade in services, Openne...
