真空吸尘器电池排气测试（可充电型）修订日期修订单号修订内容摘要页次版次修订审核批准2011/03/30/系统文件新制定2A/0///批准：审核：编制：真空吸尘器电池排气测试（可充电型）1.0Purpose/目的Toevaluatethesafetyofbatterypackemployedintherechargeabletypesamplewhenterminalsofbatterypackareshort-circuited.评估可充电型样机的电池是否符合安全要求.2.0Definition/概念:2.1Discharge-Operatethesamplenolongertooperatewiththeswitchinthe”on”positionforanadditionalhour.电池完全放电-运行样机直到其完全停止,再保持开关处在开的位置上多一个小时.2.2Recharge-Chargethedischargedsamplefor16hoursthroughthechargerconnectedtoasupplymainof120V/60Hz.充电-让电池完全放电的样机通过充电器接上120V/60Hz电源充电16小时.3.0ReferenceDocuments/参考文献:ULS-01017-DMLW-DataSheet-2001FormIssued:1992-07-01FormRevised:2006-07-074.0Equipment/设备:4.1FrequencyConverter.变频电源4.2Nonconductiveoilandtestbox.绝缘油和测试容器4.3Digtalmultimeter.万用表4.4Knifeswitch闸刀开辟5.0GeneralInstructions/说明:5.1Testsmaybeconductedatanyambienttemperaturewithinarangeof10-40(50-100).℃℉测试可在10~40℃(50~100)℉之内的环境温度下进行.5.2Unlessotherwisenoted,alltestsaretobeconductedwithapplianceconnectedtoa120VAC,60Hzpowersource.除非另外标注,否则所有样机都将连接在120V/60Hz电源下进行测试.5.3Allequipmentusedmustbecalibratedonanannualbasis.Calibrationstickerswithlastcalibrationandcalibrationduedatemustbeaffixedtoeachinstrument.使用的所有设备都必须以一年为周期进行调校.载有最后调校日期和调校周期的调校粘纸必须被粘固在每一个仪表上.6.0Procedure/步骤:6.1Obtainarepresentativesampleoftheappliancetobetested.准备一台有代表性的样机用来测试.6.2ObtainTestResultsFormTTR1033andcompletelyfillintheinformationdescribingthesampleandtheequipmentusedpriortorunningthetest.用TTR1033结果的表格,在测试运作前完整地填入样机和使用的设备的情况.6.3Dischargeandrechargethesample.将样机电池完全放电后充满电.6.4Short-circuittheterminalsofbatterypackthroughknifeswitchmakingsureitopen.把样机电池包两极端子分别引一条线出来接到一开关装置控制的两侧，确保开关装置处于断开状态。6.5Immersethesamplecompletelyintononconductiveoil.将样机完全浸入装满油的容器中。如图1示意图。6.6Closetheknifeswitchuntiltheultimateresultsareobtained.合上开关装置，观察测试现象，直到最终结果出现，停止测试6.7Asaresultofthetest：a)Thereis/isnoventingofthebattery；b)Thereisnorupturingordistortionofthebatterycase;c)Thereisnoexpulsionofthebatteryelectrolyte.观察测试中是否有冒泡，测试后电池壳是否断裂或变形，电池电极是否脱位。7.0Results/结果:7.1UsethecorrespondingTestResultsFormTTR1032toreportallnumericalresultsastheinformationdescribedbelow.使用TTR1032测试结果的表格,除报告所有数字结果外,还有下列描述的数据.7.2Clearlyandcompletelydescribeallpartsthatarepartofthisevaluation.Includeallmodelnumbers,manufacturingdatecodes,materials,plasticpartrevisionletters,andmodificationstatus.清楚并完整地描述本评估的所有零件,包括所有型号名称,材料和塑料零件改版符号.7.3Clearlyandcompletelydescribeallspecialconditionsofthetest(i.e.Wasthetestperformedinexactaccordancewiththetestprocedureorweretherespecialvariations).清楚并完整地描述所有测试的特殊条件(即按照测试程序实际进行的测试或特殊的变改)。图1
