EndovascularembolizationtreatmentofchronicpelviccongestionsyndromeGUOPing-fan*,CHENHong-yu,CAIFang-gang,DAIYi-quan,ZHUANGHui,ZHANTeng-hui(DepartmentofVascularSurgery,theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofFujianMedicalUniversity,Fuzhou350004,China)[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofendovenousembolizationforpelviccongestionsyndrome(PCS)andclinicalexperiences.MethodsTwenty-onePCSpatientsunderwentendovenousembolization.Visualanalogscale(VAS)wasusedtoin-vestigatepreoperativesymptomandtheimprovementof3monthsfollow-up.ResultsAllpatientsweresuccessfullytreatedwithendovenousembolization.Technicalsuccessrateandclinicalsuccessratewereall100%.Nocoilmischargeorpulmonaryembol-ismwereobserved.Pelvicpainwasobviouslyrelivedafterendovenousembolization.VASscoredecreasedfrom8
