目录一、编制依据······································································································2二、工程概况······································································································2三、施工部署·····································································································2四、构造要求及技术措施··············································································2五、脚手架的搭设及拆除施工工艺····························································4六、劳动力及材料、机具配备······································································4七、安全施工技术措施····················································································5八、塔吊与高压线平面布置及维护架简图···············································71立汇·格林小镇A区29号楼架空电线维护方案一、编制依据(1)建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ130—2001)(2)建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范(JGJ80—91)(3)建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59—99)二、工程概况本工程为立汇格林小镇A区29号楼工程,位于哈尔滨市动力区军民街24号,本工程由哈尔滨方舟建筑设计事务所设计,建筑面积13358M2,框支剪力墙结构,地下一层,地上十一层,建筑高度39.15m。在华北路东侧有一条东北-西南走向的高压线,电压为10千伏安,正处于该工程塔吊作业变幅范围之内。为保证本工程的生产顺利进行,防止触电事故的发生,故采用双排木质脚手架进行外电围护,密目式安全网分上、中、下(各2m)三部分防护。需搭设防护架总长度为100m。三、施工部署1.安全防护领导小组安全生产、文明施工是企业生存与发展的前提条件,是达到无重大伤亡事故的必然保障,也是我项目部创建“文明现场”、“样板工地”的根本要求。为此项目经理部成立以生产副经理为组长的安全防护领导小组,其机构组成、人员编制及责任分工如下:组长:孙健(项目经理)——负责协调工作左亚兵(工程部长)——现场施工总指挥副组长:李福英(技术部长)——技术总部署2组员:范小军(技术员)——方案编制、技术交底王志斌(工长)——现场施工协调张庆军——现场施工指挥、质量检查2.设计总体思路结合本工程结构形式、实际施工特点,在高压线四周搭设落地式、全高全封闭的木杆脚手架。此架仅作为安全防护。脚手架搭设拟采用单排双立杆。立杆距高压线外沿1.70m,间距为1.50m,横杆步距为1.50m。四、构造要求及技术措施1.材料要求:⑴立杆、大横杆与剪刀撑采用去皮的、无腐朽、扭曲、裂纹、虫蛀、破裂的东北落叶松。⑵立杆和斜杆(包括斜撑、抛撑和剪刀撑)有效部分的小头直径不得小于70mm,大横杆有效部分的小头直径不得小于80mm。⑶绑扎采用回火线。2、在建工程(含脚手架)的周边与外电架空线路的边线之间的最小安全操作距离应符合表4.1.2规定。3、木杆脚手架的构造要求及技术措施(1)地基处理脚手架以原地面作为基础,所有的基础必须平整。基础上、底座下设置60mm厚木板作垫板,其厚度不小于50mm,布设必须平稳,不得悬空。并在四周距脚手架外立杆500mm处设砖砌水泥砂浆抹面排水沟(内径尺寸宽×高=25mm×30mm)。(2)立杆脚手架采...
