预防未成年人犯罪法2————————————————————————————————作者：————————————————————————————————日期：3LawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonPreventionofJuvenileDelinquency(Adoptedatthe10thMeetingoftheStandingCommitteeoftheNinthNationalPeople'sCongressonJune28,1999andpromulgatedbyOrderNo.17ofthePresidentofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonJune28,1999)ContentsChapterIGeneralProvisionsChapterIIEducationforPreventionofJuvenileDelinquencyChapterIIIPreventionofJuvenileMisbehaviorsChapterIVRectificationandTreatmentofSeriousJuvenileMisbehaviorsChapterVJuveniles'Self-protectionAgainstCrimesChapterVIPreventionofJuvenilesFromCommittingCrimesAgainChapterVIILegalResponsibilityChapterVIIISupplementaryProvisionsChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1ThisLawisenactedforthepurposeofensuringthatjuvenilesarephysicallyandmentallyhealthy,helpingjuvenilescultivategoodconductandeffectivelypreventingjuveniledelinquency.Article2Thepreventionofjuveniledelinquencyshallbebasedoneducationandprotection,theworkshallbestartedwithschoolchildrenandeffortsshallbemadetoprevent,rectifyandtreatjuvenilemisbehaviorbeforeitistoolate.Article3Juveniledelinquencyshallbepreventedinacomprehensivewayundertheorganizationandleadershipofthepeople'sgovernmentsatalllevels.Thegovernmentdepartmentsconcerned,judicialorgans,people'sorganizations,relevantpublicorganizations,schools,families,neighborhoodcommitteesincitiesandvillagerscommitteesinthecountryside,etc.shalljoineffortsandtaketheirrespectiveresponsibilitiesinpreventingjuveniledelinquency,andcreatingagoodsocialenvironmentforthecultivationofphysicalandmentalhealthofjuveniles.4Article4People'sgovernmentsatalllevelsshallperformthefollowingfunctionsanddutiesinpreventingjuveniledelinquency:(1)toformulateplansforpreventionofjuveniledelinquency;(2)toorganizeandcoordinateeffortsoftherelevantgovernmentdepartmentsforpublicsecurity,education,culture,thepress,publishing,radio,filmandtelevision,industryandcommerce,civilaffairs,andjudicialadministration,andotherpublicorganizationsinpreventingjuveniledelinquency;(3)toinspecttheimplementationofthisLawandworkplans;and(4)toanalyzeanddisseminatetheexperiencegainedinpreventionofjuveniledelinquency,andsetupandcommendadvancedunitsandindividuals.Article5Forpreventionofjuveniledelinquency,researchoneducationinpuberty,psychologicalcorrectionsandmeasuresforpreventionofcrimesshallbeimprovedinlightofthephysiologicalandpsychologicalcharacteristicsofjuvenilesatdifferentages.ChapterIIEducationforPreventionofJuvenileDelinquencyArticle6Juvenilesshallbeeducatedinideals,morality,thelegalsystemaswellasinpatriotism,collectivismandsocialism.Juvenileswhohavereachedtheageofreceivingcompulsoryeducationshall,whilereceivingtheeducationmentionedabove,beeducatedforpreventionofcrimes.Educationforpreventionofjuveniledelinquencyisforthepurposeofenhancingjuveniles'legalconceptions,helpingthemheedtheharmdonetothemselves,theirfamiliesandthecommunitybytheirviolationsoflawandcriminalactionsandbecomeawareofthelegalresponsibilitiesincurredbysuchviolationsandactionsandoftheimportanceofobeyingrulesofdisciplineandlawsandpreventingthemselvesfrombreakinglawsandcommittingcrimes.Article7Theadministrativedepartmentsforeducationandschoolsshallincorporatetheeducationforpreventionofcrimesintoschoolplansforeducationandteachingasthecontentofleg...
