异径三通泄漏夹具设计与分析摘要据调查发现,目前我国每年都会发生由于螺栓腐蚀堵漏所产生的人员伤亡事故。当管道内有较高的内压时,如果直接调换腐蚀螺栓易造成管道结构爆裂,要是管道内是有毒有害气体、液体,或者管道是在高温高压的环境下,那么管道爆裂产生的后果将不堪设想。我所研究的项目是使用一种专门用于螺栓腐蚀与线密封的夹具,可以在不更换管道和不影响设备的正常运转的情况下安全有效的解决问题。所以这种密封技术最主要的问题就是夹具的设计。我这次研究的主要项目是异径三通的泄漏夹具,它是由本夹具体和两边的耳板组成的。先根据事实工况,了解基本要求,运用理论力学、材料力学、机械工程材料、机械设计等机械课程专业知识,并考虑温度、压力等现实因素的影响,从而对异径三通泄漏夹具进行理论设计,然后利用UG根据计算出来的数据绘制出异径三通泄漏夹具的模型。最后通过有限元分析软件对其强度和刚度的分析,得出夹具的可行性并确定异径三通泄漏夹具的最后确定结构,这里用的是ABAQUS。关键词:密封;异径三通管道泄漏夹具;UG;ABAQUSDesignandAnalysisofThree-WayPipeWithDifferentDiameterLeakageFixtureAbstractAccordingtothesurveyfoundthat,duetotheboltcorrosionleakageofthepersonnelcasualtyourcountryatpresenteveryyear.Whenpipelinewithhighinternalpressure,ifdirectboltcorrosionofthepipelinestructureburstswitch,ifthepipeispoisonousandharmfulgases,liquids,orisundertheenvironmentofhightemperatureandhighpressurepipe,thepipebursttheconsequencewillbeunimaginable.Myresearchprojectistouseadedicatedlineboltcorrosionandsealingclamp,cannotreplacethepipelineanddoesnotaffectthenormaloperationofequipmentundertheconditionofsafeandeffectivetosolvetheproblem.Sothemainproblemisthesealingtechnologyofjigdesign.Mymainprojectisthestudyofreducingteeleakclamp,itismadeoftheconcreteandtheearsonbothsidesoftheplate.Thereforeaccordingtotheworkingconditionofthefactsfirst,andunderstandthebasicrequirements,usingthetheoryofmechanics,materialmechanics,mechanicalengineering,mechanicaldesign,suchasmechanicalprofessionalknowledge,andconsidertheeffectofpracticalfactorssuchastemperature,pressure,andthustotheoreticaldesignofreducingteeleakclamp,thenusingUGaccordingtothecalculateddatatomapthereducingteeleakclampmodel,Finallythroughthefiniteelementanalysissoftwareontheanalysisofthestrengthandstiffness,itisconcludedthatthefeasibilityofthefixtureanddetermineleakagereducingteefinallydeterminethestructureofthefixture,herewithABAQUS.KeyWords:Clamp;Three-waypipewithdifferentdiameterleakagefixture;UG;ABAQUS目录第一章绪论...........................................................................................................................11.1研究背景和意义.......................................................................................................11.2国内外发展状况......................................................................................................11.2.1国内发展.........................................................................................................11.2.2国外发展.........................................................................................................11.3项目简介...................................................................................................................2第二章泄漏与密封...............................................................................................................32.1管道的泄漏...............................................................................................................
