高中生自卑感、生活满意度与社交回避及苦恼的相关研究摘要本研究采用问卷调查法,随机抽取300名高中生,收回有效问卷280份,采用自卑感量表、社会回避及苦恼量表和青少年学生生活满意度量表作为研究工具进行调查。本文考察了性别、年级、生源地和是否独生子女四个方面的差异。本研究涉及高中生自卑心理、社交回避及苦恼和生活满意度三个变量,并在此基础上分析了三者之间的相互关系,得出以下结论:(1)在自卑感方面,高中生自卑感现象从总体上来看虽然不严重,但仍有部分高中生存在着较强烈的自卑现象。高中生自卑感存在年级差异,具体说来,高二年级自卑感显著高于高一和高三年级,高一学生自卑感相对较少。(2)在社交回避及苦恼方面,高中生社交回避苦恼现状总体上是良好的,但部分学生存在比较明显社交回避及苦恼现象,且高中生的社交焦虑高于社交回避。(3)在生活满意度方面,大部分高中生具有较高的生活满意度,学校满意度水平最高,友谊、家庭满意度水平次之,学业、环境满意度水平再次之,自由满意度最低。友谊满意度方面,高一显著高于高二,高二显著低于高三;家庭满意度方面,高一显著高于高二,高一显著高于高三,高二显著高于高三;环境满意度方面,高一显著低于高三,高二显著低于高三;在生活满意度总分方面,高二显著高于高三。(4)在高中生自卑感、社交回避及苦恼和生活满意度的关系方面,高中生自卑感与社交回避、社交焦虑、社交回避及苦恼总分方面存在显著性正相关,高中生自卑感与友谊、家庭、学业、自由、学校、环境、总体生活满意度呈显著性负相关,高中生社交回避及苦恼与友谊、家庭、学业、自由、学校、环境、总体生活满意度呈显著性负相关。【关键词】高中生自卑感社交回避及苦恼生活满意度Astudyonhighschoolstudents'inferioritycomplex,lifesatisfaction,socialavoidanceanddistressAbstractInthisstudy,300highschoolstudentswererandomlyselected,280validquestionnaireswerewithdrawn,andtheself-esteemscale,socialavoidanceanddistressscaleandadolescentstudentlifesatisfactionscalewereusedasinvestigationaltools.Thisstudyexaminesthedifferencesbetweenthefouraspectsofgender,grade,placeoforiginandwhetheronlytheonlychild.Thisstudyinvolvesthreevariablesofinferiority,socialavoidanceanddistressandlifesatisfactionamonghighschoolstudents.Onthisbasis,Mutualrelations,thefollowingconclusions:(1)Inthesenseofinferiority,thephenomenonofhighschoolstudents'inferiorityisgenerallynotserious,buttherearestillsomehighschoolstudentswithstrongself-esteemphenomenon.Thereisagradedifferenceinthehighschoolstudents'inferioritycomplex.Specifically,thesophomoregradeinferiorityissignificantlyhigherthanthatofthethirdandthirdyear.(2)Inthesocialevasionanddistress,highschoolstudentssocialavoidancedistresssituationisgenerallygood,butsomestudentstherearemoreobvioussocialevasionanddistressphenomenon,andhighschoolstudentssocialanxietyishigherthansocialavoidance.(3)Intheaspectoflifesatisfaction,highlifesatisfactionofmostseniorhighschoolstudents'schoolsatisfaction,thehighestleveloffriendshipandfamilysatisfactionlevelofacademicenvironment,thelevelofsatisfactionagain,freethelowestsatisfaction.Friendshipsatisfaction,asignificantlyhigherthanthatofgradetwo,gradewassignificantlylowerthanthatofthree;familysatisfaction,asignificantlyhigherthanthatofgradetwo,asignificantlyhigherthanthatofhighschool,highschoolwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofhighschool;environmentalsatisfaction,highgradewassignificantlylowerthanthatofthree,significantlylowerthanthree;thelifesatisfactionscorewassignificantlyhigherthanthatinhighschool,seniorhighschool.(4)Thereisasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweeninferiorityandsocialevasion,socialanxiety,socialavoidanc...
