数学探究教学中的教师角色转换——一节数学探究活动课的教学反思范芳06211095(徐州师范大学数学科学学院徐州221116)【摘要】在素质教育全面推进和新课程改革日渐深入的背景下,数学课堂教学应该多为学生提供探索新知识,形成数学能力的机会.教师的任务不仅是传授知识,而且还应该教会学生学会学习,学会用数学方法解决问题,这是时代的要求,为此教师应该改变自己的教学行为,用一种平等、宽容的语气为学生在探究活动中获取知识构建平台.本文以一节探究活动课的教学为例,探讨如何根据数学学科的特点和学生的年龄特点来调整和改善教师的角色,以更好地在学校教育教学中协同、整体地推进探究教学.【关键词】探究教学;行为改善;教学反思CHANGINGROLES(LEADINGFROMTHECENTER)TRANSFIGURATIONRoleChange[the]intheeducationqualityinanall-roundwayandthenewcurriculumreformisthebackground,themathematicsclassroomteachingshouldbetoprovidestudentswithmoreknowledge,toexplorenewopportunities.Teachersmathematicalability,thetaskisnotonlytoimpartknowledgebuttoteachstudentstolearntolearn.Learntousemathematicalmethodtosolvetheproblem,itistherequestofTheTimes,therefore,teachersshouldchangetheirteachingbehaviors,useakindofequality,toleranceforstudentstoexplorethetoneofacquiringknowledgeconstructionactivities.Basedonaplatformofexploringtheteachingactivityasanexample,thispaperdiscusseshowtomathematicalsubjectcharacteristicsandstudentagecharacteristicstoadjustandimproveteachers'roleinschool,inordertobettereducationteaching,andtopromotetheoverallcoordinationinquiryteaching.[key]inquiryteaching,Behaviormodification,Teachingreflection
