伊利实业集团渠道调研小组成员:王薇卫典徐冰杨先康摘要西安是一座历史文化悠久的古城,是中国历史上建都时间最长,建都朝代最多,影响力最大的都城,居“中国古都”之首。是一个多民族散杂而居的城市。在2013年5月第一次人口普查结果中,西安市总人口达到857.63万人。庞大的消费人群使乳业在西安市场上活跃了起来,据不完全统计,西安市场上目前有伊利乳业、金田乳业、东方乳业、银桥乳业、蒙牛乳业等都将近30多家企业在西安落户,为了了解乳业在西安市场上的渠道建设问题,我们就近实地探访了解西安工业大学校园超市、校外的小超市以及科大润家超市,从中了解了一些情况。(陕科大润家超市)目录封面············································································1摘要············································································2调研背景······································································4调研目的······································································4调研对象及方法····························································4渠道现状···································································4-7渠道利弊分析·······························································7渠道优化对策····························································7-8调研总结·································································8附录···································································9-11调研背景随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,乳业作为大众型的饮品已走入千家万户,因此,我们就不得不谈谈被誉为“乳制品龙头”的伊利乳业。我们都知道伊利最近几年来根据市场需求一直不断地研发了许多新产品。来增强自身的实力,扩大市场份额,但作为“中国第二乳业”第二的蒙牛比较注重产品、凡事和伊利对齐,牛奶要好、品质也要好。虽然分不到乳业的头一羹、但“中国第二乳业”的名头以及实力给伊利带来的压力是不言而喻的。目前,像伊利乳业、金田乳业、东方乳业、银桥乳业、蒙牛乳业等都将近30多家企业在西安落户。而我们就着重了解一下伊利乳业在西安市场上有关渠道建设方面的问题。调研目的了解伊利乳业在西安市场上的渠道建设,调查其渠道现状,另外分析其现状的利弊,以及针对其缺陷给出优化的相关建议。调研对象及方法我们小组选择的是网上调查和实地调查法:我们于12月29日在网上了解、收集伊利集团在西安分公司的一些渠道信息。另外,我们小组于30、31日分别对校园超市,小卖铺,润家超市进行了实地了解。调查场景小组讨论渠道现状通过调研,我们发现在渠道销售上伊利采用多级分销模式,在全国建立几个大区,每个大区有分销商、经销商和零售商。它的市场是以经销商为主的市场,所以管理的重点就应该放在经销商身上。在大力推进分销模式的同时,伊利还在某些特定产品的销售上采用直销模式。特别是近两年,伊利加快了建立直销渠道的步伐。像许多企业的发展史一样,伊利也是从自身的业务特点出发,选择了分销及库存管理环节入手,开始整合销售业务流程,拟建立一个面向全国的,基于互联网的集中式管理信息系统,...
