And the aspects needed to be paid attention to are put forward.Key words: dry gas seal, turbo-compressor, application, super-size 1 前言沈阳北台钢铁公司的原料气压缩机组采用的是从南非引进的二手设备，沈阳鼓风机厂承担对其进行改造、配套的任务。该机组有两套完全相同的设备，每套均为汽轮机驱动的四缸压缩机（其机组布置如图 1 所示）。该压缩机组介质为原料气，主要成分如表一所示。该压缩机组入口压力1.96barA，出口压力 50barA；其中第一缸 2MCL1007，入口压力 1.96barA，出口压力 3.75Abar，最大连续转速 5960rpm，密封腔处轴径 260mm。该压缩机组全部采用国内设计制造的、具有自主知识产权的干气密封产品［1-6］。由于压缩机组第一缸的叶轮外径超大，达到 1000mm；相应的密封腔处轴径和压缩机腔体内径尺寸都是目前国内最大的分别为 260 mm 和 418 mm。这对密封的设计、制造、检验、 搬运和现场的安装、拆卸都带来巨大的挑战。图 1 原料气压缩机组布置图表 1 机组介质原料气组分介质组分H2COCO2N2CH4CH3OHAr其它总计体积含量（％）692.6225.40.40.20.20.21002 干气密...
