With the improvement of machining automatization, tool condition on-line monitoring has been a crucial problem and paid more attention. The study of the life of the ball-end mill and its online monitoring will not only help to get ball-end mill maximum used, but also can reduce the rejection rate of the product, and improve the quality of the product. This study has good inspiration and direction significance on the study of related tools.
