Key words: cut open the palace to produce; nursing 1 引言剖宫产手术是一种解决阴道分娩困难或胎儿紧急情况下快速分娩的手术, 是经腹部切开子宫取出胎儿、胎盘的手术, 是产科较大的手术。手术伤口大、创面广, 很容易引起并发症和后遗症。因而加强术后护理是产妇顺利康复的关键。随着剖宫产指征的放宽, 剖宫产手术的普及, 并发症似有增加。现将对剖宫产患者的术后观察、护理、体会总结如下: 2 临床资料本院 20XX年 1 月-20XX 年 12 月共收治子宫下段剖宫产术患者 968 例, 年龄 18 岁～ 45 岁, 其中 , 因头盆不称及臀位200 例, 巨大儿 50 例, 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症100 例, 妊娠期高血压疾病18 例, 社会因素 600 例。3 护理体会病情观察密切观察生命体征病人回室后立即测量体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压, 并注意保暖。腹部切口压沙袋,6 h 后取下。接通尿管并妥善固定于床旁 , 观察尿液性状、颜色及尿量。观察...
