矿泉水饮料瓶盖注射模具及成型零件加工工艺设计[摘要] 本设计是对给定的材料为 PP 小尺寸，一般精度的矿泉水饮料瓶盖塑件进行模具设计。在综合研究了经济性、零件的成型工艺以及复杂性等诸多因素的基础上进行成型与工艺的分析与计算。文中还对注塑模具成型零件和其他相关零件的选择原则及选择方法进行了说明。期间借鉴了与塑料模具有关的文献再加上翻阅各种指导书籍，并通过大量的计算以确定模具的结构和尺寸，还在指导老师的悉心关怀和耐心指导下进行多次的反复修改，最终画出了装配图和零件图。最终确定矿泉水饮料瓶盖塑件的设计方案，主要包其注塑模的设计的过程、以及注塑模主要零部件的设计过程等。 [关键词]注塑模具设计；模具结构；塑料瓶盖AbstractThis design is for a given material for PP small size, the general accuracy of the charger shell plastic parts for mold design.
