PCNA、Bcl 2和 Bax 在喉癌组织中的表达及其意义【摘要】 目的 检测喉鳞状细胞癌组织中 PCNA、Bcl 2和 Bax 的表达水平,探讨 PCNA、Bcl 2和Bax 在 LSCC 发病机制中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化 Elivision 法检测 30 例喉鳞状细胞癌、10 例声带非典型增生中 PCNA、Bcl 2和 Bax 的表达水平。结果 30 例喉鳞状细胞癌中 PCNA、Bcl 2和 Bax 的阳性表达率分别为 96.6%(29/30),93.3%(28/30)和 60%(18/30),声带非典型增生中 PCNA、Bcl 2和Bax 的阳性表达率分别为 60%(6/10),30%(3/10)和 70%(7/10)。PCNA 和 Bcl 2阳性表达两组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,而 Bax 阳性表达两组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 喉鳞状细胞癌的发生发展可能与 PCNA 的高表达和 Bcl 2与 Bax 表达失衡有关,可能是细胞异常增生和凋亡失衡的共同结果 【关键词】 PCNA;Bcl 2 ;Bax; 喉肿瘤; 鳞状细胞癌;凋亡;免疫组织化学 Abstract: Objective To study the expressions of PCNA, Bcl 2 and Bax in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and their roles.Methods Immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to examine the expressions of PCNA, Bcl 2 and Bax in 30 cases of LSCC and 10 cases of vocal cords atypical hyperplasia (VCAH).Results The positive rates of PCNA, Bcl 2 and Bax were 96.6%, 93.3% and 60.0% in LSCC, and 60.0%, 30.0% and 70.0% in the VCAH, respectively. There were significant differences in the expressions of Bcl 2 and PCNA between LSCC group and VCAH group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of Bax between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The over expression of PCNA, as well as the unbalance between Bcl 2 and Bax, may be a positive factor in the pathogenesis of LSCC. It is suggested that LSCC development may result from a co operation of abnormal proliferation and unbalanced apoptosis.
